Stakeholders:
I'm the interior designer. My job is to arrange the inside decorations and furniture so that it appeals to our costumers needs.
The Problem-
Newark Is a very bland area with not many activities. Our new Bar and grill with spice things up around this boring community.
Sketches:
Benefits
- Brings in more buissness and money for the county.
- provides more jobs.
- Allows people to have a good time.
Unanswered Questions and Barriers
-When will we be open till can be determined on what time people stop coming.
-What will the design structure of the out side of the building be.
-We would need to get an alcohol license if we want it to be a bar but that can be very difficult in Worcester county.
Conclusion:
1. It's important to brainstorm solutions to problems in a group so that everyone understands the problems and can come up with more and better Ideas.
2. Among the ideas that we discussed we had a few that were disregarded like a skate park witch wasn't practical since no one in Newark skates.
3. Using a charrette allowed us to come up with ideas faster. If a client meets with the engineer the engineer can design it based off what he/she wants, in-turn having a more satisfied customer.
4. A drawback we had was that we argued about how we'd set up the seating arrangements inside, one person wanted them to be in a circle around a fountain and someone wanted a bar arrangement so we agreed to add them both.
